Detailed Problem Description


Email from Saravanan on 03/11/2016:

Based on a new requirement, the existing EPM folder under global folder has been restructured. The set of reports found under global EPM folder has already been copied to NA, EMEA and Japan folders. (All the regional folders will have their own EPM folders now).
After scheduling, I am finding that the currency unit is hardcoded in those EPM'S and hence EMEA and Japan scorecards are showing the currency units as USD. This needs to be fixed. This should be the currency that we choose while running the report which will be the local regional currency.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

Crystal Report changes:

1. Need to update the BEx queries with regional BEx queries in EMEA and Japan for all regional EPM reports.
2. Need to remove the currency conversion parameter value for Sales org currency.
